Blues
Allegiance: Autobot
Subgroup: Valoribot
Function: Interceptor
"Patience and persistence above impulse and rashness"
Profile: Dapper and smart, Blues is the public face of the Valoribots; he's well-spoken and a consumate professional. He takes his role as a police beat-car seriously and - like his twin brother Twos - is a relentless hunter-tracker. On the surface, he's a contained character; dependable and competant, but never offering much of himself. Beneath his polite surface lurks a collosal ego; Blues believes that he is superior to the other Valoribots by merit of his patience, intelligence and rational behaviour. This makes him surprisingly cold and aloof for such a dedicated Autobot. The only thing that can ruffle him is his leader, Firestorm, whom he feels is too aggressive for the Autobots as a whole and too hard on the Valoribots in specific. He constantly plays interference between Firestorm and the rest of the Valoribots, which leads to further ill feeling between leader and second-in-command.
Abilities: In robot mode, Blues uses a taser-baton that can deliver a stunning electrical shock as well as a damaging impact, and an acid-gas spray than can blind and immobilise an opponent. He carries lock-bolts that can prevent anyone he attaches them to from transforming. In police car mode, he has a top speed of 150 mph. His roof-mounted lights can emit blue-frequency flashes that can temporarily blind an opponent. Blues is a skilled fighter, adept in restraining and disabling his opponents.
Weaknesses: Blues is prone to extreme emotional outbursts and irrational behaviour if his twin brother is threatened or damaged. His poor relationship with his leader doesn't help anyone much. His biggest weakness, however, is his ego; he overestimates himself and his abilities, and is prone to getting into fights he can't handle.
